This site is for all the AMAZING people who are held back by extra pounds.
Most people don’t take time to see past the weight to the fantastic person inside each of us.
So the key is to get rid of the extra pounds AND the social, career and health challenges that go along with the excess weight.
By the way, I’m not some skinny kid who eats candy bars and drinks milkshakes and tells other kids they need to get fit. I know what I’m talking about.
When I was 14, I CUT MY WEIGHT IN HALF. I reduced my weight from 297 to 145, and I did it with a healthy teen-oriented plan that turned fitness into a game.
You can get fit, too. It’s not easy, but it’s possible. Fitness is within everyone’s reach, and I’m excited to tell you how you can move from fat to fit.
